Welcome to MyFolio. By accessing or utilizing our website, studio tools, API endpoints, or automated portfolio generation services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Service Description & Intellectual Property

MyFolio provides an automated AI-driven engine for synthesizing 3D WebGL developer websites from GitHub metadata and developer resumes. You retain 100% ownership and copyright of all your personal projects, code repositories, portfolio copy, and uploaded assets.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to utilize the platform for:

Hosting fraudulent, deceptive, phishing, or malware distribution sites.
Impersonating other software engineers, public figures, or organizations.
Distributing hateful, defamatory, or unlawful content.
Conducting automated denial-of-service, scraping, or load-exhaustion attacks against the service infrastructure.

3. Weekly Allowance & Quota Policy

To preserve computing resources and prevent abuse, standard free accounts receive a weekly allowance of 3 full-stack portfolio generations, resetting automatically every 7 days from initial use. Premium and VIP accounts enjoy unrestricted generation capacity.

4. Custom Domain & Hosting Availability

Portfolios are deployed across global content delivery networks with 99.9% uptime targets. Custom domains and subdomains are routed through our automated SSL certificate provisioning pipeline.

5. Termination & Liability

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach our Acceptable Use Policy. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
